Fort Koga? Help with Cartography title - Guild Wars Forums

Hey thanks for taking the time to help me solve this problem:

I'm going for Tyrian GMC, so I was looking at a 100% uncovered map of tyria, and i saw an area (fort Koga) near the Henge of Denravi. I honestly have no idea how to get in there. Guildwiki.org says that you get there via random selection from TA or RA, however when i got to the map, it didnt matter if i mapped around it or not, it didnt count towards title.

It is not possible anymore as Fort Koga alongside the Desert Arena and the La arena are no longer accesible. There is enough leeway to get the title without the arenas however.
